Back in XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I noticed this company pulled a hard inquiry on my credit. I do NOT know this company, not did I authorize this action. For the past 5 months I have been trying to have them either remove the hard inquiry OR to show me proof that I authorized this action. This company has failed to act on either request. I am aware of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and they are violating these rights. This is my last attempt to resolve this before I take official action.
