I purchased a laptop from XXXX online. I never received this item. Despite it being weeks late, and tracking never actually updating or applying to my purchase. I spent weeks with various XXXX departments back and forth with no help. They initially said via chat that it wouldn't be an issue and that the item would be refunded due to them seeing the same issues with my order as I saw. But it didn't happen and for no given reason my account was simply shut down. No response from them since despite numerous attempts. I then filed a chargeback with Chime showing all communication with XXXX, tracking records, porch camera recordings, emails, and bout XXXX other documents all proving my case without a shred of doubt. Despite this they still declined my dispute with no given reason and have not given me the documents they supposedly made this choice based on. I no longer have the XXXX documents I gave to chime but they SURELY have them in their system along with my dispute. If I need to find my old phone and somehow gain access to its XXXX systems I WILL do so. I wont let this go. XXXX is full of stories just like like mine from Chime and I'm tired if their theft. If Chime refuses to provide you with the documents I uploaded to them directly to their system from the Chime app, as requested, please contact me and I will take the steps to recover all of it myself should it become necessary.
