My loan with Foursight Capital phone number XXXX account number XXXX was paid in full on XX/XX/XXXX, the payoff balance was {$18000.00}. Foursight posted the payment on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX Foursight posted on my account Payment Service Contract Cancel ( Borrower ) {$1600.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX Foursight sent a refund for the amount of {$1600.00} to my old address, which was later forwarded to my new address, but at the time I received the check the 90 days had expired, so I couldnt cash that check. I contacted Foursight to let them know that I needed to have the check resent to me in XX/XX/XXXX ( over a year later ), they advised me that they would resend my check. They claimed to have put the request to accounting back in XX/XX/XXXX to have it reissued in which they claimed at that time it was sent, I have called 2-5 times a month since and have yet to receive my refund. They keep telling me and my husband that our check was resent again on XX/XX/XXXX, and today is the XXXX of XXXX and we still dont have our refund. This is my money.Not Foursights!
