XXXX and US Bank are selling my house at auction on XX/XX/XXXX. They have refused to work with me to resolve XXXX XXXX XXXX 's attempt to force my home in to foreclosure with the help of attorney XXXX XXXX in XXXX. XXXX XXXX, of XXXX XXXX XXXX, who committed perjury under oath in front of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ), claiming that XXXX XXXX XXXX had " gifted '' XXXX XXXX the deposit for the house. In fact, my XXXX XXXX account shows that the deposit was paid by me. Attorney XXXX showed a fraudulent exhibit, a " gift letter '' from XXXX XXXX ( attached ). US Bank and these gentlemen are attempting to use extortion to force me to pay XXXX XXXX 's debt, and XXXX XXXX in XXXX has not addressed this matter. Index is below. XXXXUS Bank even accepted and deposited my mortgage check and then reissued a check for the same amount to their note holder, XXXX XXXX XXXX , as per my prior complaint with proof. You can see that there is collusion. My credit score has been impacted even though I am not on the note for XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MA, XXXX, as a result of the second fraudulent mortgage. US Bank never communicated with me or allowed me to work out and pay off the debt- I am not on their note. Index XXXX. I never signed a mortgage with US Bank and there was no notary at the time of the closing of XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, MA, XXXX, according to attorney XXXX XXXX, other than attorney XXXX XXXX. Attorney XXXX XXXX confirmed that there is a second mortgage, as well, in writing. See email. I did not sign a document for a second mortgage and believe that XXXX XXXX has forged my signature. I would like a full investigation of this matter. I have filed a fraud complaint in MA, pertaining to this matter. Notes from court in XXXX : XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, and Attorney XXXX XXXX ( for the children ) in front of XXXX XXXX. Mortgage arrears needed to be paid by XX/XX/XXXX or foreclosure proceedings would be instituted by US Bank. XXXX XXXX was responsible for the note, alone. XXXX XXXX diverted attention from the foreclosure and XXXX 's financial responsibilities. XXXX XXXX is in contempt of court, following the XX/XX/year> Decision/Order - by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX parties to share in the costs of maintaining the MA XXXX and denied XXXX, who was seeking an order directing the parties to immediately list the marital property. *the judge was not informed by the attorneys that the note was XXXX XXXX XXXX obligation only.
