Consumer Narrative
This company attempted to collect a debt that I was not liable for. Furthermore this third party worked with my insurance company and the insurance made a payment. This action is in bad faith of my insurance and illegal for the collector. I responded to them when contacted. I sent in a document from XXXX stating they did there liability investigation and deemed I was not liable. Additionally they violated my FCRA rights as they accessed my credit report with out authorization or need.
