On XX/XX/year>, there was a total of 4 unauthorized transactions made with my cash app card. When i noticed the transactions from the app I immediately contacted cash app 's customer service and notified them that my wallet and cell phone had been stolen and all transactions pending were unauthorized. The cash app specialist explained to me that nothing could be done until transactions were finished pending and posted. XX/XX/year>, I made another call to cash app and made a total of 4 disputes, closed my debit card, and ordered a new card having it shipped to my billing address. Even though I previously called and notified costumer service of the unauthorized transactions prior to them posting I was still denied. XX/XX/year>, at XXXX XXXX 4 transactions for XXXX at XXXX XXXX in XXXX California which the last transaction failed. Later the same day at XXXX XXXX two transactions for the amount of XXXX were made at XXXX in XXXX California which only XXXX succeeded. A total of XXXX was took from my account. I attempted to dispute those transaction four times and was always denied. Approximately one year later I demanded cash app to show me proof of a proper investigation which was never honored.
