I am a victim of identity theft ( PURSANT TO FCRA XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ). consumer company XXXX Trans Union ) Refused to move negative reporting items on my consumer report I have disputed these accounts on this XX/XX/year> with ( Trans union ) And they refuse to remove these accounts. I have listed ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, {$3600.00} ) ( XXXX XXXX XXXX balance {$25000.00} ) ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, {$25000.00} ) ( XXXX XXXX XXXX balance {$850.00} ) ( XXXX XXXX XXXX balance {$4800.00} ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Has removed all of these accounts from my consumer credit report as well as XXXX. these accounts has resulted in several data, breaches, fraudulent inquiries and third-party fraudulent collections, appearing on my consumer report. These items are reporting charge off every month every time making my account look more newer than it appears re-engaging an account is illegal. Not indicating when if the account has been sold, Misrepresentation Of the account status to another third-party company is ( double XXXX ) please remove all fraudulent accounts immediately from my consume These reports needs to be removed immediately
