I received a text notification alert from XXXX bank saying that someone reported bankruptcy on my XXXX Card I went on my XXXX Card app immediately and logged on only to find out I was XXXX from using the app. I was told by the supervisor XXXX from XXXX Card that my account was in fact charged off and closed due to a bankruptcy - I explained to the supervisor XXXX that this is a big mistake because I did not claim bankruptcy. We verified the account number to make sure and it was in fact my account number that was being reported incorrectly and closed. My account was falsely closed and falsely reported on all three credit bureaus. My mom and I have the same name and reside at the same address, however we both have different social security numbers and dates of birth, I dont even know how my credit card information was obtained for this to even happen. I have no linked credit cards with my mom. My card was falsely closed and falsely being reported and now my credit is showing a bankruptcy that is not mine. I owe money on the card and I cant even long onto the app to pay it because XXXX restricted and the account is closed bankrupt/closed/charge off. The supervisor XXXX told me she will put this into investigation but I need to write a complaint for the investigation department to explain my situation in more detail to help with the process of restoring my card and removing this information and to attach a copy of my drivers license. My card needs to be reinstated and this bankruptcy needs to be resolved because its not mine, Please assist as this is a HUGE mistake
