While I was reviewing my credit report in XXXX, I realized that 2 accounts were opened on behalf of my name, I reached out NAVY FCU to report identity theft. In addition to that I filed an identity theft report on FTC site. I am sending attached a copy of this report. Please investigate these credit cards and remove them from my credit report. Thank you
