Dear Sir or Madam, Currently I live in XXXX. While I was reviewing my credit report in XXXX, I realized that 3 accounts were opened on behalf of my name. One credit card account and two car loans. I reached out XXXX XXXX to report identity theft. In addition to that I filed an identity theft report on FTC site. I am sending attached a copy of this report. These accounts do not belong to me, Please terminate these accounts, close the accounts and remove them under my name. They should not appear on my credit report.
