This complaint is a part XXXX to my Ally Bank complaint. There have been new developments. Red flag number XXXX From XX/XX/year> through XX/XX/year> I spent roughly {$14000.00} at XXXX XXXX. I disputed these transactions, and was given just short of {$12000.00} in credit from XXXX, as well as provisional credits from Ally Bank. They are trying to claim that I was double credited, and have my account sitting at almost {$5000.00} in the negative. In that month and a half they used three different names to process these payments red flag number two. There was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NY XXXX XXXX then XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and lastly XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. It doesn't take alot of brain function to look at these transactions and conclude that I'm not playing XXXX XXXX for fun at my local arcade, especially when the mcc code used for these was XXXX, XXXX, as well as XXXX. On XX/XX/year> I paid for my auto insurance. This payment was presented to Ally Bank on XX/XX/year> while I had sufficient funds. I will attach a phone call with an Ally Bank supervisor where this is found and stated. On XX/XX/year> they informed XXXX that my account was closed and they would not honor the payment. Instead they sent me a check for almost {$900.00} that was the remainder of my balance on XX/XX/year>. They didn't have a problem funding offshore gambling, but must have taken a disliking to paying my insurance premiums? There was a hail storm on XX/XX/year>, and both of my vehicles that would have otherwise been covered were damaged. I am left with no coverage because they can't act responsibly. I have video of the storm from my surveillance cameras. It's to big to load here.
