I have 2 accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union, which can not be utilized ( checking/Savings ). I have a few negative reports with various credit agencies, as well as my debt being sold to another creditor. That creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX is defaming my character as well. Plus a lien was placed in my name. It's false reporting to the credit agencies as well as the IRS. If the accounts. was charged off that means you've accepted payments for the accounts. Securities were established on the stock exchange. My question to the Navy Federal is how much money are you trying to make from my name? To deny me credit is unethical practices, and discrimination. because you will take that denial and create more securities as well. I would say this is considered Abuse of Process ; which has some serious fines and penalties with various government agencies. At this point Navy Federal has some serious explaining to do. I have all documentation available for the claims I'm stating.
