In 2023, I initiated a process to attempt to remove my PMI with a servicer. I submitted a complaint at that time, the process was never completed, and the mortgage was sold late last year to Lakeview Mortgage. I attempted to start this process again with them in XXXX. Since that time I've sent XXXX separate requests via their website, requesting either a call or paperwork to initiate this process, and in all but the first case ( which said in order to handle this process I needed to update my phone number? ) I was told I'd get some guidance within XXXX days ... which has never happened. I'm paying {$160.00} per month for PMI. The mortgage balance is {$410000.00}. Their own estimator is showing the value at {$660000.00} ... and their system does not even factor in that we finished the basement of the property and added XXXX square feet in living space ( which is when I initially attempted to get the PMI removed from the former servicer ).
