My personal loan account with Upgrade.com was fully paid in XX/XX/year>. In XXXX this year I filed XXXX XXXX bankruptcy. Even I'm fully paid with Upgrade they have a checking account that waa open a while back which i never used so my lawyer and the bk court still had Upgrade listed on my bankruptcy filing. My bankruptcy was discharge this XXXX. Upgrade closed the checking account which was fine as I don't use it. However they are reporting my fully paid account in XXXX before the bankruptcy as a charged off and they will not give information why the did this. Further they want my bankruptcy lawyer to get in touch with them when I keep saying there is no more lawyer as the bankruptcy was already discharge last XXXX
