This complaint is directly related to an open complaint with a company called XXXX XXXX that was filed on XX/XX/XXXX and last response from this company/ entity on XX/XX/XXXX as to Company is still working on your complaint. I had also filed a similar complaint with the XXXX against XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and received a correspondence from the BBB today as to an update. Attached is the XXXX response as to after several attempts to contact this company, XXXX XXXX they have received no response back after these several attempts. The BBB gos on to further state that they understand that by this company ignoring me and this complaint is quite serious, they will report this on the companys public profile for the next three years and affect their negatively with the XXXX. Im sending this additional information to the original complaint to you on XX/XX/XXXX with that complaint # being XXXX against XXXX still has not XXXX back as well with the exception of XX/XX/XXXX as the company is still working on the complaint but as of today, XX/XX/XXXX has not responded to your agency under complaint # XXXX. Both the irresponsible behavior and none response to the XXXX and ignoring me and that complaint but has also refused to respond to your complaint Ive just mentioned is unacceptable, unethical and is a serious concern of mine now as it involves my personal information and requesting information and a response as to their actions of running my credit information is extremely concerning. Im hoping with this new complaint along with an open complaint Ive mentioned that has not been, and adding this additional XXXX information, your agency can take some of a more serious approach and action against this company/ entity.
