For XXXX months in a row, Alliant Credit Union in XXXX has taken XXXX payments instead of the XXXX payment I authorized as appropriate for my responsibility for paying on my recreational vehicle loan. In XXXX Alliant fixed the problem immediately. In XXXX they took XXXX {$400.00} payments instead of the XXXX {$400.00} payment authorized, and they refuse to reimburse the {$400.00} they took illegally. I have received numerous written responses from their customer service people and so far XXXX phone calls with all kinds of excuses and promises about how my money will be returned to me, all of the dates promised past. This is a very dishonest disreputable company. I suspect senior adult discrimination.
