Ive received a notification from XXXX XXXX that a company by the name of Spring Oak Capital LLC reported a debt owing {$860.00} of a balance they alleged for an account opened in XX/XX/XXXX. I have never received any written notification of this alleged debt nor have I opened any accounts with this company. I dont know what this debt is and I have no accounts with any debts owing {$860.00}. I need proof of this debt and why it suddenly appeared on my XXXX profile as of XX/XX/XXXX. Its not my debt I would like it removed from my credit report and verified what this debt is. I have no knowledge of any correspondence of any debt owing from this company on XX/XX/XXXX. I am requesting this company show how this debt was acquired and also show proof that I agreed to pay this debt. Due to this situation my credit score took a tremendous hit. This debt is false and is not mine and it needs to be removed immediately.
