I was the victim of identity theft. Per FCRA section 605b you are required to remove/block any account listed on an id theft report. Ive already included this report in a previous letters & am included it again. This letter is to notify you if you do not block the listed accounts on my report I will be filing a lawsuit. Ive informed my attorney of my intentions & they are excited to hold you accountable for your willful noncompliance. Currently you are in numerous violations of FCRA laws.
