Consumer Narrative
Several months ago i was contacted by XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX who proceeded to violate my consumer rights first by falsely giving me the consumer the impression that they are a law firm, then pretending to have a business opportunity for me and solicited all my presonal information which violates the Privacy Act of 1974 and an array of Consumer Laws. They then retaliated against me as they sated they would, and deliberately negatively reported to the credit reporting agencies against my explicit verbal and written demands. The company willfully ignored all my lawful affidavits including a debt verification/validation request. As this context pertains to CFPB Complaint : XXXX, the credit reporting agencies were made aware of this Several months ago but continued to furnish reports of an alleged debt i have no awareness of, and by fact of law, one that was dissolved under Legal Maxims of Consumer laws, and contractual laws when XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Failed to respond to the lawful affidavits in the lawful alloted time, thereby dissolvingany obligations i have to this alleged debt. The account was disputed multiple times and is still being negatively reported on my credit file causing injury and binding of my contractual powers presently and henceforth. As the credit reporting agencies have had multiple opportunities to remove the debt. And has conducted and concluded multiple investigations already in good faith they can not be granted more time. Therefore, the conditional/ contractual stipulation of the XXXX hour period at the time it was stated is within my contracting powers according to Uniform Commercial Code and the United States Book of Codes. I do not consent to the credit reporting agencies anymore time. My contractual terms are still stands. I Therefore reject the offer, or request of the credit reporting agencies for more time. with facial relevance- this is a NOTICE OF NO CONTRACT. OFFER REJECTED All Rights Reserved XXXX XXXX.
