I had theft of money, pymt was returned on two accounts, company closed three lowering credit score. They would not speak wi my credit counseling co but said I wasnt eligible. Told me not eligible because acct closed. I then asked if they would remove a past due fee and Ill make payment and bring acct. current they refused. I asked how they could help me resolve debt if im on social security and get paid once month. They said unfortunately Nothing!
