I disputed information on my report in XX/XX/year>. This dispute was resolved and my credit report was updated appropriately. In XX/XX/year>, I checked my report using a 3rd party monitoring service. The report could not be accessed. I viewed the report using the Equifax website and realized my report had been mixed with another individual. There is a freeze and security alert on my report that I did not request. I called Equifax to report the error. I mailed in proof of identity, as instructed.
