On Friday, XXXX XXXX XXXX, I received a call with an automated message to call Receivable Management , a Debt Collector. I am writing to dispute the validity of the alleged debt referenced above this company claims I owe. I am invoking my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) to request that you provide validation of this debt. I demand that you cease all communication with me regarding this matter, as required by law. Furthermore, I would like to bring to your attention Section 605B of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), which states that consumer reporting agencies must block the reporting of information that results from identity theft or fraud. As such, it is imperative that you conduct a thorough investigation to ensure that this alleged debt is accurate and that it is not a result of identity theft or fraud. I have not given this company any authorization to contact me or have any of my personal ( non public ) information. Please provide the following information to validate the debt : 1.
