PMI Removal. I worked directly though my lender ( NewRez ) and paid their appraiser for a broker price opinion ( BPO ) on XX/XX/year>. The appraisal was performed on XX/XX/year>. XXXX says LTV is at 76 % meeting the required guidelines. Lender refuses to drop the PMI. Requests to Cancel PMI have been filed on XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year>, XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year>. Lender agrees with XXXX passement and LTV but NO one I can reach has the ability to fix this and remove the PMI. I have been following up with the Lender and keep getting the run around with no accountability or means for follow-up. Please help
