In accordance with FCRA this creditor has VIOLATED my rights. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 section 602 a states " There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. This creditor has violated my right to privacy. According 15 usc 1681 b 2, all information the credit reporting agency reports must be accurate. This information is NOT accurate and they are violating my rights for accuracy and privacy. 15 usc 1681 Section 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) states consumer reporting agencies can not furnish an account without my written instructions. I did not give any written instructions to report this negative information. This too violates my rights. Under 15 usc 1666b a creditor can not treat an open account as late for any purpose. That is 4 FCRA laws that have violated my rights.
