In XXXX of XXXX I started working for a company who provided me with a " Global Cash Card ''. I found out recently via their website that the company was acquired by Wisely by ADP. When I activated the card, I was not aware that I was dealing with Wisely and was not given a breakdown of the conditions and fees of the card. Since then, Wisely had been charging me fees that I had not agreed to or been made aware of. Wisely charged an " inactivity fee '' of XXXX dollars monthly for years at no point attempting to notify me in addition to a Debit. In XXXX of XXXX I was charged XXXX separate " Dormancy Fees '' every few days. On the Cardholder agreement list of fees there is no mention of a Dormancy fee. The total charges amounted to roughly XXXX dollars however, many of my online statements are inaccessible and I'm not certain the total number of fees I was charged. For 3 years I wasn't even aware that I had an account with Wisely never mind that I was being charged a large amount of fees.
