XXXX profess to be a debt collection agency and offer a settlement fee for hospital debt but actually have no working relationship with the hospital. They collect the payment and just keep it for themselves with no actual resolution of the debt for the payee. I've talked with both the hospital and PFC Inc and am left holding the {$500.00} debt and the initial {$1400.00} hospital cost. They sent an email receipt to me dated for a XXXX supposed debt not related to the present XXXX hospital bill. They are a scam company and I don't know how the had the correct figures for my initial bill and the remaining balance but something is seriously wrong here. The hospital is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX.
