This failure to comply with the FCRA, despite having been notified, constitutes willful noncompliance as outlined under 15 U.S. Code 1681n. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Impact of Noncompliance : Due to your failure to address this issue properly, I have suffered damages, including but not limited to : Lower credit score : Resulting in the denial of credit or higher interest rates. Emotional distress : Caused by the negative impact of inaccurate credit reporting. Financial harm : Due to credit denials or unfavorable terms for loans or credit lines. My Demands : In light of the harm caused by your willful noncompliance with the FCRA, I am requesting : Immediate removal of the inaccurate information that your company is reporting to my credit.
