I have submitted serveral disputes regarding the same accounts on my consumer report that Equifax has continued to state that the information is accurate and that it was certified by the creditor reporting the accounts. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681b permissible purpose must be follow. Congress stressed the right to privacy for consumer and Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has failed to maintain accurate and secure consumer data on my reports. I also notice that they allow anyone in which I have no contract with to access my consumer report via soft inquiries which invades my right to privacy and puts me and my family at risk to being harm physically by predators. I have disputed information for years under XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX just to name a few CFPB and for the same accounts inaccurate information has been reporting from the same creditors to several consumer reporting agencies and they claimed to be accurate. I never received the names of the alleged person Equifax XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX certified. I and asking that the CFPB step in and fine Equifax for it unfair business practice, and repeated failure to comply with the FCRA.
