Please refer to my prior complaint COMPLAINT ID XXXX which was closed after they admitted their mistakes. Then, after that admission, they still reported my account as delinquent to at least two of the credit reporting agencies. I emailed the Office of the President reporting that and have had no response. I also submitted disputes with documentation to the agencies, but have had no response from them.
