To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to complain about an issue with my direct deposit. I have not been able to retrieve my paycheck because it was sent to an incorrect account, and despite efforts to resolve the issue, the problem remains unresolved. Date of the Payment : XX/XX/XXXX for a XX/XX/XXXX check date Amount of the Deposit : {$470.00} A trace number provided by the issuer : XXXX XXXX is what youll see on your bank. The payroll provider is XXXX Despite my employers attempts to correct the issue, including initiating a payment trace, I have not received my funds. The bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) claims the account numbers provided do not exist, yet no one can explain where the money has gone or how to recover it. Actions Taken : I have contacted both Venmo ( which processes my direct deposits ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX to resolve this issue. Venmo has been unable to locate the funds, and XXXX XXXX XXXX has informed me that no such account exists. My employer has also attempted to trace the payment and reverse the XXXX transaction but has been unsuccessful in retrieving my paycheck. I have also reached out to my banks support team and Venmo customer service multiple times, with no resolution to date.
