In 2022 a person by the name of XXXX XXXX used my social security number without my knowledge in order to get XXXX XXXX to open an account at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TX. She did not pay her bill and owes {$380.00} according to XXXX XXXX XXXX debt collection services. After verifying that the account is indeed fraudulent with XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX, Experian has refused to remove the address of this person and has refused to remove the debt. I have submitted police reports from XXXX XXXX here in Texas which are available via public record. I have submitted the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau case with XXXX XXXX XXXX. I also submitted an email via XXXX XXXX XXXX confirming that this is indeed fraud and should be removed from my account. Experian has replied that my police report doesn't look valid even though it has come directly from the XXXX XXXX Sherriff 's department and will not acknowledge that XXXX XXXX XXXX has stated that the debt is fraudulent and not mine. I have spoken with numerous people from the fraud department to remove the debt and after following all of the requested protocol, the debt and fraudulent address. I have done everything that has been asked of me and have more than proven my residence and identity. I need the fraudulent debt to be removed as I have requested, XXXX XXXX XXXX has requested, and XXXX XXXX has requested. Thank you!
