Company : Experian My credit keeps getting frozen by Experian and I am unable to reach a person to inquire as to what is going on. I am unable to access my credit report because I can not sign in to my account. I am unable to access my account because all resets are sent to an e-mail I no longer have access to ( XXXX ). I try calling and only get the automated system which eventual kicks me off. When I call other numbers a human transfers me and I eventually get disconnected. I have maintained my composure, but this is very frustrating and unfair to the consumer. It is a continual loop trying to get help with zero success.
