I have a fraudulent account on my credit report from navy federal credit union and I and I know it is from identity theft so I filed a identity theft report at the ftc and I have filed a police report and I see that navy federal credit union has broken the laws because no creditor must not furnish any account that comes from disputed Identity theft. I demand for this account to be immediately deleted from my credit report due to credit laws of 15uscs 1682 c-2 that it shell be blocked and deleted in 4 business days. and attached is the identity theft affidavit report and police report and proof of my incarceration at the time that account was open. Please remove this fraudulent account off my credit report.
