Please see previous complaints related to this account. In addition to the previous, they were allowed to garnish me even after the debt was Paid in Full. They have sent a Pif letter but they did not mention or send anything regarding my refund check from overpayment. It was paid XX/XX/year> but obtained a court date of XXXX to collect the funds. They owe me XXXX. My dispute was not investigated properly and I have submitted feedback on that already through this portal. Only XXXX partial call was reviewed and the description of the call was not accurate. I want every incoming and out call from my number reviewed. I want the notes on the account reviewed. I WILL PROCEED WILL LEGAL ACTION AMD DEMAND FOR SOMEONE TO GET THIS REFUND TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY
