Consumer Narrative
Just attempted to deposit money into my checking account and it didn't go through. I then logged into the XXXX app and my accounts show {$0.00} ( which has been the balance for 2 days ) and the deposit is missing but wasn't rejected yet by the sender. Underneath my balance the app and website says " balance update unavailable ''. I tried to access XXXX and that's unavailable as well, i then called XXXX from my cell number attached to this complaint and no one ever came to the line. This is SCARY!
