On XX/XX/XXXX, i opened an savings account with Capital one. At the time of opening the account i was required to upload a picture of my ID to get the account open. I did that and the account was open. The account had been fine and in good status until on XX/XX/XXXX, i deposited a check for {$3400.00}. After the deposited was complete and successful, Capital one restricted my account. Once i called Capital One, they told me that i needed to upload a picture of my ID again to verify myself. I asked why when i just did that i was told that when my account was open, they were never able to verify me in the first place which was lie because i wouldn't have been able to open the account with being verified.
