I received an update about my dispute through the mail with my results from my " reinvestigation. '' Unfortunately, Experian has violated the FCRA laws for credit reporting and sent a credit report stating that the item I disputed on my credit report was verified without providing the documentation given to them by XXXX XXXX : Account number : XXXX. I have everything I need to pursue legal recourse. In RICHARD V. FLEET BANK OF MASSACHUSETTS,190 F. SUPP. 2D 81 ( D. MASS. 2001 ). He stated that there was clear inaccuracies within his credit report and the credit reporting agencies failed to adhere to the laws by conducting a proper investigation. As a result the plaintiff sued and won. I have requested concrete documentation to represent the late payment history that is reporting in error and to my dismay, none has been provided. XXXX XXXX as well as Experian have violated my rights. I have requested under FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 8 ) documentation provided directly from the credit furnisher to prove the late payment, none have been provided. I have requested a proper investigation according to 1681i procedures in case of disputed accuracy and this has not been conducted thoroughly which is a violation. The company is also in violation of 1666b which is under the fair credit billing act. I have requested the documentation provided by the creditor to verify this information in my file. In which I have not received and it has been over 30 days from the date of the credit reporting agency receiving my dispute. This is also a violation. The integrity of this credit bureau is questionable due to the many violations. I am requesting that this erroneous late payment be REMOVED from my credit report. Failure to do so will be breaking the law and I have everything time stamped through the CFPB to plead my case as well as the multiple letters that have been sent on my own behalf.
