I made my phone bill payment two XXXX wireless on XX/XX/2024 {$65.00} was taken out of my account and the transaction was completed on XX/XX/XXXX my phone was shut off due to cash app asking for my payment to be returned to them which caused my phone to get shut off without even notifying me of any of this going on they can not give me a reason why my payment was sent back to them they're stating that they did not do that XXXX wireless is stating they did do that and I don't have a phone on I have a father who is very ill and has to have a phone at all times due to his medical equipment and they also have given me no reason for that and they're expecting me to wait 10 days for the payment to hit XXXX XXXX in order to give me the money back that should have never been taken out reverse back to them because it was completed payment my phone was on from XX/XX/XXXX to the XXXX for 10 days and then all of a sudden my phone was shut off I get no response no answers also with them I can not even add money to my account which I was able to do so many times but all of a sudden it just quit then my husband had {$2000.00} in his account and it got hacked and when he turned it into them they close this account out and will not give us our money back so I mean there's so many problems with this company that we don't even know where to begin
