Introduction : Specialized Loan Servicing ( " SLS '' ) who is under Consent Order XXXX for rushing foreclosure action against Colorado homeowners has rebranded as XXXX dba Shellpoint and XXXX violating the Consent Order. SLS/Shellpoint is rushing foreclosure against Colorado Residents , failing to correct known billing errors, failing to comply with Regulation X and Z, and violating other consumer protection rights. Additionally, SLS and Shellpoint have both filed legal action under each name to collect on the same debt for amounts that differ by over {$32000.00} - based on the exact same alleged debt account. This speaks to the way their accounting practices are wrong but they refuse to do a full loan accounting or discharge the debt under Regulation Z like their Consent Order demands they do ( see request to discharge ). Violations : 1. SLS got a summary judgment for {$200000.00} by committing perjury in XXXX XXXX case XXXX. This way, they waste of month to trick me to not responding to the XXXX for over a month. Again, I still have not been formally notified that Shellpoint has taken foreclosure action against me. This violates the XXXX consent order. I request that they be formally admonished by CFPB for violating the consent order under a new name and be fined. XXXX. Shellpoint has confiscated over {$9000.00} in an insurance payout from XXXX having a major hailstorm XX/XX/XXXX and is holding up the remaining insurance payment to total over {$16000.00} contingent on repairs beginning. XXXX XXXX XXXX keeping the money without fixing the broken windows or doing. When will they send the funds to XXXX? The check was supposed to be endorsed and sent to XXXX XXXX to fix the home. Instead they kept the money.
