We use our Wells Fargo Credit Card for our family small business. It has a {$25000.00} credit line and recently we paid it off with a payment of {$22000.00} on XXXX. Our credit card began declining all new transactions as of around XX/XX/XXXX. We made several calls to understand why and were told that the payment was larger than the normal {$5000.00} to {$10000.00} payments we typically make. Each time we were instructed to respond within an hour to an email that was to be generated to us and after 4 times of the email never coming to us, Wells Fargo said the refused to lift the ban until XX/XX/XXXX. There are no credit, fraud or any reason to clip our business credit card like this and they have had our money which was delivered from our local XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for over a week. We are furious that they have created a situation where all of our vendors recurring payments are now bouncing and we can not use our company credit card when there is a minimal balance and we have never ever had a credit issue with them. Today ( XX/XX/XXXX ) they officially refused helping us any further and we are just instructed to wait until XX/XX/XXXX to reuse our card. We will obviously never bank with Wells Fargo again for any reason whatsoever but do not want anyone else to suffer what we did. It is not uncommon for us to pay thousands of dollars in a month. The XXXX statement shows we paid $ XXXX and the screenshot shows our recent $ XXXX payment. Unreal how much pain this has caused us!!
