XX/XX/year> Valley Credit Sevices issued a garnishment in the effect of {$1800.00} to my employer XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payments cleared in the forms of garnishment payments from my checks. On XX/XX/XXXX Vallwy Credit Sevices attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX filed to have an additional garnishment ( former employer ) placed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount on {$1400.00}. Filing to have a XXXX garnishment put in place foe the same debt despite already receiving payments from my current employer. This company also has never made contact with me regarding the debt they were seeking to collect. I had not recieved any phone calls, emails or mail regarding the debt. Please see attached as they are charging more than XXXX XXXXimes the initial debt. Thankfully I do not work XXXX XXXX XXXX but the fact they attempted to illegally garnishment me XXXX times with XXXX differnt employer is at XXXX different dates for the same debt ... after having obviously recoeved XXXX payment before filing the additional garnishment.
