Consumer Narrative

I was contacted by Navient to complete a payment plan after I graduated from XXXX XXXX back in XXXX I have all of the documents and payments that they said I will be paying. Navient then, seemed to turn me over to XXXX XXXX which was another company to help with my student loan.
