My credit reports are displaying inaccurate information for all three major credit bureaus for The XXXX XXXX account showing the account status as bad debt when the account should display paid as agreed or payment plan pp. This account is not bad debt and in actuality is being paid as greed. The account balance is XXXX! XXXX shows there information for this account as charged off as bad debt, showing a balance of XXXX, which needs to be properly updated as paid as agreed. Experian displays the XXXX XXXX account as unpaid, and a balance of XXXX, which needs to be updated as paid as agreed including false updates with this report. Also, XXXX displays the information on this account as Charge off, with a balance of XXXX which the account status should display paid as agreed. The report date is referencing XX/XX/XXXX. I have paid on this account as of XX/XX/XXXX. The debt was sold to a lawyer could possibly be an impersonator of a lawyer for XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX has sold their rights to this debt and should not be able to provide information upon an account they no longer have ownership of. I have been making payments on this account since XX/XX/XXXX. By law my credit reports should be updated to show that I am not negligent.
