I had just purchased a vehicle and I was pressured into the purchase from the beginning. It was the first time I had been to a dealership, alone to purchase a vehicle and I ended up with a terrible loan. I was unaware and ultimately attempted to return the vehicle but it was too late. Anyhow, I made payments and, even when I was unable to make payments in full. I made multiple small payments. I was never informed that my vehicle would be repossessed. In fact, my payment history is inaccurate on all three reports. I wa forced to file XXXX XXXX as a result. My vehicle was repossessed literally days after BMW FINANCIAL processed an {$800.00} payment, yet they held it and pretended as though it didnt exist. By this time I thought the car was stolen, called XXXX then realized what had happened and I couldnt get the vehicle or my belongings back because of the cost. I contacted BMW financial and said I had not been as far behind, that my payments were inaccurate and that they were holding an {$800.00} payment, not applying it to my account even though it had cleared. Ultimately, I was sent the money back over a month later. They refused to work with me. I have provided proof of this payment via refund, which never reflected on my payment history. I insisted it be applied to my balanced owed, but then they would be admitting to have wrongfully towing my vehicle without notice and while taking payments and not reporting accurately to the credit reporting agencies. All three bureaus have different information, and I have requested it be accurate many times. It is reflecting as though I was much further behind than I was and if they wanted me to make good on the loan, would they not take any amount of money they had already processed? Instead, they wrote it off with insurance and it was sold off at auction. I had incredibly expensive bourbon in the trunk of my car- I was a manager at XXXX and had over {$1500.00} iXXXX XXXX XXXX alone. The repo company said there was nothing in the car. Not even my clothes or personal belongings.
