Ally auto merged with Ally banking, but I was never informed. Never called or received a letter or email. I tried to log onto my Ally Auto account so I could pay my loan off in full and it wanted verification, but the phone number listed was incorrect. - XXXX first call : 4 calls- spoke with XXXX who said someone would call me back in 3-4 business days. XXXX - 5 calls : spoke with a rep who changed my username to get me to log on and it still was not working and then finally spoke with XXXX from XXXX. Was able to log me on. He said he would fix the username so it was the original username associated with my account and said give us 2 business days well call back once weve confirmed your auto loan is linked. XX/XX/XXXX - called back with ref # to check on status and they told me to give it a few more days. XX/XX/XXXX - called again XX/XX/XXXX - received missed call from XXXX - called back with ref # and STILL can not log on. Was given a new ref # and was told someone would call me back in 2 business days, here we are XXXX business days later and still nothing. I AM JUST TRYING TO LOG ONTO MY ONLINE PORTAL SO I CAN PAY OFF MY AUTO LOAN. I have the right to my own information and its absolutely ridiculous that almost 2 months later Im being given the runaround, because this company wants the interest and I could have paid off my auto loan in full 6 weeks ago, but after 6 weeks of back and forth and DOZENS of phone calls its absolutely shameful and ridiculous that these people are not helping me. I will NEVER bank with Ally ever again if this does not get resolved immediately.
