On XX/XX/XXXX I demanded deletion of the Public Record XXXX and all accounts that has XXXX listed with it deleted off my credit report if no physical verification is able to be provided. I received a notification via email from XXXX and Experian saying my Public Record was updated after both credit bureaus were reporting inaccurate information. If I read the law correctly under FCRA it stated that inaccurate information should be removed deleted. I received a letter from the Court stating they do not provide XXXX information to the credit bureaus.
