I applied for a modification over two years ago. The modification was approved. Both Mr. Cooper and myself signed a modification agreement. Ive been trying to make payments ever since then and they havent been rejected my payments when I sign into my account online doesnt show up the old number, which was transferred to the modified loan shows up, but not able to make payments on it Reported to the credit bureau despite the fact that Ive made numerous attempts to make payments so they ran my credit and also continually charging me interest, even though Im trying to make payments. This is fraudulent and causing damages to me. In XXXX of last year, they had a cyber security incident where the system was hacked. They said that we would not be responsible for any late payments and their system was locked down this Im still being reported as late even though theyre not accepting my payments and I dont have access to my account as an additional contributing factor
