In the last week I've received a number of dispute letters ( attached ) from a company that simply has the name " XXXX XXXX '' on the envelope. It shows disputes related to credit card transactions that have nothing to do with me. I got another two today and I called the one phone number listed on the statement. I spoke with someone who barely could speak XXXX and they asked for my social security number. I didn't provide it and they wouldn't go any further in investigating the letters. I'm not sure where else to go so I need someone to shut this down as this account was obviously opened up fraudulently and the letters keep coming to me every day.
