I am filing this complaint due to XXXX and Experian 's refusal to provide the necessary documentation to support my identity theft investigation. Despite my requests, neither bureau has supplied the transaction histories ( merchant names, dates, and authorization details ) for the disputed accounts tied to XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. Without this information, I can not file a police report or investigate further. Both bureaus have denied my request to block these accounts without transparency about the evidence used to make that decision. Their refusal to provide the documentation is preventing me from resolving this issue and appears to be an attempt to avoid dealing with the fraudulent disputes that may arise.
