i opened a credit card online and received the card, a copy of their version of my credit report and an extra card for my partner on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX i started using it right away in order to take advantage of their offer ( spend {$500.00} get {$200.00} rewards ). after they turned off my card without warning, i was totally embarrassed at XXXX for declined card. they closed my card and supposedly at some point they sent me a letter ( when? ) with a deadline of XX/XX/year> that i never received. they want me to pay back the entire balance and froze my {$210.00} rewards. one phone person did finally say sorry.
